SEPTUM STRETCHING KIT
You will receive one taper and pincher in size range of your choice.
All jewelry is high quality 316L surgical steel with o-rings.
Tapers are silver color steel and pinchers are gold anodized over 316L surgical steel.
Choose from consecutive sizes of 0g-14g.
Use the taper to stretch your septum and insert the pincher.
SEPTUM STRETCHING INSTRUCTIONS
It's best to relax your septum with hot water or in the shower before stretching. Apply a lubricant such as Holey Butt’r, KY, or jojoba oil to the taper. Take a deep breath and slowly insert the taper until the level end is in your hole (this may take a few minutes or a few hours depending on how it feels). Then take the pincher and place it against the end of the taper and slowly push the taper through with the pincher. Your jewelry should now be in and you can attach your o-ring/s. The stretching will probably sting, but it should not cause a lot of pain. Wash the area daily with soap and try not to touch it throughout the day to prevent infection. Wait at least a month before stretching again.
